About me
You’re the person others rely on, but your own mind rarely gives you a break.
From the outside, you seem to have everything together. Inside, you’re constantly overthinking, questioning yourself or imagining what could go wrong. You might replay conversations, seek reassurance, struggle to switch off or feel responsible for keeping everyone else happy. Living with anxiety and constant worry is exhausting.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable adults who have spent years trying to manage their anxiety on their own. They often feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt and needing certainty before they can move forward.
Using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), we’ll work together to understand what’s keeping your anxiety going and develop practical strategies that create lasting change. My approach is warm, collaborative and focused on helping you feel calmer, trust yourself more and stop anxiety from running your life.
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. If you’re ready to invest in your long-term wellbeing, I’d be pleased to help.
