Do you feel stuck in distressing emotions, behaviors or thoughts? Is there a lot of harshness towards yourself and are you beating yourself up for not being able to get better by yourself?
It is difficult to reach out for help sometimes, even more so during the past few years which have been challenging for most of us. It does not matter whether you experience symptoms of low mood / depression, a form of anxiety and worry, phobias, low self-esteem, suffer from procrastination or PTSD – I am here to guide you through the process of improving your wellbeing. When you suffer, it seems impossible to feel like yourself again, feel motivated and to see more clearly about your future life and goals – and I am very excited to help you on the journey to achieve these goals. In my therapy we work with the base of CBT coupled with kindness, compassion and mindfulness in a non-judgemental way, so that you start to foster warmth and understanding within you instead of self-criticism and self-blame.
If that sounds like the type of therapy you would like to engage with, please give me a call or send me an email for an informal 15 minute chat. I offer therapy via video or telephone at the moment.
