Craig Brand - BSc (MBACP) Online Video & Phone Therapy
If you like my profile below, but want to know more about me and how I work, feel free to visit my website: www.yourworldtherapy.com or text/call me on 07554 809361. Weekend sessions available.
As a therapist my aim is to be there for you, to be reliable, and to support you at your pace, in the way that’s best for you. We can talk about anything, I won’t judge you, but I can bring knowledge and experience to guide you.
I’m an existential-integrative therapist which means I blend knowledge from a wide range of areas: human development theories and neuroscience; humanistic therapies; and existential psychotherapy.
That may sound fancy. But all that’s important is that it gives me insight into the many ways life and our emotions can become difficult to cope with, and how we can work through them.
Whatever it is you're struggling with, the important thing is to take time and space for yourself, and to feel safe and supported all the way along, towards feeling like you again.
Life difficulties I can help with
I have worked with people from all walks of life, in both private practice and charity work settings.
I most often work with anxiety and depression, which can be easy to overlook or miss in yourself. You may feel like you're not sure if that's what you're really experiencing, or unsure why you might be feeling that way.
I also often work with:
- stress & anxiety
- low mood & depression
- relationship difficulties
- low confidence/self esteem
- loss & bereavement
- illness/cancer diagnosis
- life transitions/ existential crisis
- living with mental health diagnoses
One thing Covid has shown us is how powerful online platforms like zoom and skype can be. Therapy can work brilliantly via video and phone. If you have a quiet, confidential room in which to do it, having therapy online can save you time, ease your nerves and feel much more comfortable carried out in your own familiar surroundings.
It works just the same as traditional therapy - if we agree to work together, I simply email you a link to our next session, and we meet that way. It's as personal as face to face therapy, without having to leave your home. Payments are sorted through online banking etc.
Phone sessions are also sometimes available, please call me if this is of interest to you.
Feel free to contact me...
I offer short or long term therapy, with flexibility to move between the two.
I graduated from the Sherwood Psychotherapy Institute with a BSc (1st class hons) and am a registered member of the BACP.
If you have any questions, or for a free initial chat to get more of an idea about therapy with me, feel free to send me a text, whatsapp, email or call me - 07554 809361.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
