Craig Brand - BSc (MBACP) integrative therapist
Hi, I'm Craig, a counsellor & therapist currently working online via zoom, skype or phone. I have worked with people from all walks of life in both private practice and charity settings, and I can offer flexible sessions – weekdays or weekends.
You may have a specific issue affecting your life, or a vague sense of not feeling right, but want to understand yourself more. Whatever it is you're struggling with, therapy can give you the time & space to feel supported and make sense of how you’re feeling, and free you up to live life as you want to.
I’m an existential-integrative therapist which means I blend a range of therapy approaches; from human development and neuroscience, humanistic therapies and existential psychotherapy.
That may sound fancy, but really it simply enables me to help you look afresh at your problems and how to work through them from various angles.
I won't label you, or feel you have anything “wrong” with you. Life can be hard, complicated and have a huge effect on all of us. Existential therapy is about understanding and working through that effect on our feelings, enabling us to make the most of the time we have.
Finding someone you feel comfortable with is more important than the particular type of therapy though. Feel free to give me a call, text or e-mail for a free initial chat and for more info about me and how therapy might help.
One thing Covid has shown us is how powerful online platforms like zoom and skype can be. Therapy can work brilliantly via video and phone. If you have a quiet, confidential room in which to do it, having therapy online can save you time, ease your nerves and feel much more comfortable carried out in your own familiar surroundings.
It works just the same as traditional therapy - if we agree to work together, I simply email you a link to our next session, and we meet that way. It's as personal as face to face therapy, without having to leave your home. Payments are sorted through online banking etc.
Phone sessions are also sometimes available, please call me if this is of interest to you.
If you have any questions, or for an initial chat to get more of an idea about therapy with me, feel free to send me a text, whatsapp, email or call me - 07554 809361.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
