About me
Counselling for Anxiety, Relationship, Grief & Life changes
You might be considering counselling because something has shifted or been lost- a person, a relationship, a sense of who you are or how life used to feel.
You may be experiencing grief, anxiety or relationship difficulties. You might be feeling exhausted from trying to hold everything together. Or perhaps you are part of a couple struggling with communication, conflict, trust or feeling disconnected from each other.
If you are autistic you might feel overwhelmed, misunderstood or worn down by the effort of coping in a world which is not always designed with you in mind.
Whatever has brought you here, you do not have to make sense of it on your own.
Who I work with
You may be navigating misunderstandings in relationships, processing loss or change, or feeling anxious.
I work with adults who may be experiencing:
- Anxiety or feeling overwhelmed
- Relationship difficulties
- Grief & Loss
- Life changes
- Low self-confidence or feeling stuck
I work with Autistic and ADHD adults. I aim to create a neuro-affirmative space that honours how identity and lived experience influence emotional wellbeing, and where we can gently explore what feels supportive for you, rather than trying to change who you are.
I also work with couples who may be experiencing:
- Communication issues
- Conflict or reoccurring arguments
- Trust issues
- Life transitions affecting the relationship
I aim to provide a warm, non-judgemental space where both partners can feel heard, understood, and supported in exploring what is happening within the relationship.
📍Where I work
I am a compassionate BACP registered person centred counsellor based in North West and North London. I offer online sessions UK wide and face to face sessions in:
- Harrow (HA1)
- Tufnell park/Holloway (N7)
- West Hampstead (NW6).
I only offer couples counselling in West Hampstead, Harrow or online currently.
If you would like a free 15 minute consultation please book a time through my profile or email me for an alternative time.
What It Is Like to Work With Me
I am warm, thoughtful and collaborative. I will support you in gently exploring what is going on for you and what you need. I will not try and fix you instead I will offer a patient, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can slow things down and feel heard.
I aim to offer a calm, accepting space where you do not have to explain or justify how you feel.
We will work at your pace and there is no pressure to talk about anything before you feel ready.
When working with couples I aim to create an accepting and supportive space where each has the opportunity to be heard.
Counselling is a space where all parts of you are welcome.
Alongside person centred therapy I use skills from Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, which might help with racing thoughts and feeling less overwhelmed, anxious and stuck.
What Life Could Look Like Working Together
We will take things step by step, supporting you to reflect and understand yourself more deeply.
Through our work together, you might begin to:
- Feel calmer and less overwhelmed
- Understand relationships, thoughts and feelings
- Develop increased confidence
- Feel more connected to yourself and others
- Find new ways to respond to difficult emotions or situations
My personal experience of grief has deepened my understanding of how lonely and overwhelming life can feel at times. I know just how important it is to have someone beside you who listens deeply and accepts you for who you are.
About me
Alongside my private practice I work for the counselling services in Mind and as a counsellor for a neurodivergent therapy practice. I also work at an NHS Talking Therapies service and in education.
Outside of counselling I enjoy swimming and play a variety of sports. I know how important exercise is for wellbeing and mental health.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
