About me

I am a qualified psychotherapist working from rooms in Central London and online. I specialise in supporting adults who are navigating the everyday challenges of life as well as the more significant transitions and life events that can feel unsettling or overwhelming. I offer a calm, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s happening in your life, make sense of difficult experiences, and access your inner resources.

Sessions with me are gentle yet honest, reflective yet practical. My aim is to help you gain clarity, deepen self-understanding, grow resilience, and move towards a life that feels more aligned with who you are and what you want from your future.

Training, qualifications & experience

My training is grounded in Integrative (Psychodynamic/Humanistic) and Existential approaches. I completed the MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling at Regent’s University London, graduating with a distinction. This dual training enables me to draw from different therapeutic modalities while staying rooted in the values of authenticity, choice, and exploring what it means to live meaningfully. I have experience working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, loss, eating disorders and neurodivergence, as well as those who have survived traumatic life events. I have also had explicit training in Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence and have worked for a specialist charity.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Further information

My approach to therapy is relational and responsive to you as an individual. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful change, and I work collaboratively to create a space where you feel heard and understood.

I have been trained in a range of therapeutic techniques, allowing flexibility while keeping your unique experiences and goals at the centre of the therapy. Rather than offering quick fixes, I help you make sense of past experiences, unhelpful patterns of behaviour, and reflect on how you manage your relationships at a pace that feels right for you. This may include looking at how past events shape your present, how you relate to yourself and others, and what matters most to you.
