About me
Together we will explore the issues that hold you back, these could be from historic events or current issues, affecting your everyday life. They may cause you to feel anxious and depressed, or you may have been drawn to counselling through feelings of low self-esteem because of bereavement or relationship/work troubles. Whatever your reasons for seeking support I will accept you unconditionally and help guide you through your journey of self-discovery and growth.
I was trained using a Person Centred Integrative approach, so this enables me to draw upon a range of modalities to help clients explore what brings them to therapy. I think it is more important that you feel comfortable working with me than the approach I may use.
I am happy to offer a range of appointment times, including some evenings and weekends, although these can involve a waiting list.
In the first instance please contact me by email.
