About me

Sometimes life is not how you want it to be and certain situations maybe blocking your potential to be happy and fulfilled. It can also be difficult to admit that maybe you need someone to talk to.

Maybe you're feeling low or anxious, stressed or having difficulties with a relationship. Money worries could be a problem. It could be that you're unsure of what you want or how you feel. Having someone to share your problems and negative emotions could be just what you need.

Despite what you may have heard about counselling, it's about finding support and clarity to take responsibility for the choices you have made, which means you can then have the power to make better choices for your future.

I offer a safe confidential space with a welcoming approach whereby I believe you are the expert in your own life. I will listen in a non-judgemental way and offer compassion and empathy.  I will help you explore your feelings and emotions and support you in getting to the cause of your problem. We can work together to bring positive changes to enable you to move forward in your life.

Every session is about you.
