Claire Grozinger BA Hons MBACP @ CeG Counselling
Hello, I’m Claire a qualified counsellor working in Lincoln... how are you feeling today?
I know this can sometimes be a difficult question to answer honestly for all sorts of reasons – maybe you are struggling with feelings of depression or anxiety or other issues and don’t know where to turn or who to talk to.
Perhaps you have been thinking about whether counselling could help - if so, maybe now is the right time for you to get in touch. Please take a moment to read about the support I can offer to help you find your way forward..
If you want to get in touch, I offer an initial 30 minute 'nothing to lose' consultation appointment free of charge so we can get to know each other and find out whether my approach may be helpful for you. This meeting also means you will have an opportunity to talk about what has brought you to counselling and get the answers to any questions you may have.
What to expect
Please know that whatever you bring to the counselling room, you will never be judged and will always be warmly accepted and respected for who you are. I provide a confidential and safe space for you to talk about whatever is going on for you and together we can look at what this means in your life.
My counselling approach is based on a person centred model, but I will integrate aspects from other therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs - we can talk about this together in more detail at your free initial consultation appointment.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully qualified counsellor and over the last five years I have supported individuals through my work with a National charity and I now work locally within both a community interest company and children’s centre offering counselling help to adults with a range of issues including generalised anxiety disorder, depression and those experiencing relationship difficulties.
I have a BA Hons counselling degree level 6 qualification as well as a level 5 Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) qualification and I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
All of my work is fully insured and I hold a current Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate. I am also registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) (you can check this online) so you can be sure that your personal data and confidentiality is protected at all times and that my practice complies with data protection regulations.
