About me
Hello, I’m Chris, an experienced Integrative Counsellor / Psychotherapist, and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer both online and in-person therapy in London Bridge and Greenwich, supporting people to notice patterns that no longer serve them, heal old wounds, and to work towards greater clarity and a renewed sense of connection to themselves and the world around them.
How I Work:
As an integrative therapist, I blend different therapeutic approaches to tailor the work to your unique needs. I draw from person-centred, existential, and psychodynamic therapy to explore both present challenges and significant past experiences that may still be impacting your life. Together, we’ll work to uncover the unconscious patterns and life scripts that shape the way you think, feel, and relate to others.
I offer a warm, non-judgemental space for you to reconnect with your true self. Many of us have learned to dismiss or suppress our feelings and needs, often from a young age. My goal is to help you increase your self-awareness, embrace self-acceptance, and integrate all parts of yourself, so you can feel more whole, confident, and empowered in your choices.
A bit more about my journey:
My own path to therapy began in advertising, where I felt unfulfilled and disconnected. This led me to shift into the caring professions, starting with youth development work in India. I returned to London to support those with special learning needs and continue working part-time in a neurodiversity-affirming space as a tutor and mentor. It was during this time that I really started to gain clarity and finally settled in to what felt like home for me, completing my MSc in Therapeutic Counselling and gaining experience with the NHS and in private practice.
Throughout my life I experienced my own challenges with anxiety, loss, and shame, and had to reconsider my lived experiences through a whole new lens as I received my own late diagnosis of ADHD at the age of 36. In my journey as an integrative therapist I’ve had the privilege of being invited by others to help them face their own challenges of anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, grief, neurodiversity, and much more. I have been the beneficiary of therapy that helped me connect to the lost parts of myself, and I truly believe everyone deserves to feel heard, understood. I am proud to be here to help support you as you navigate life’s complexities.
Specialisms & Experience:
- Anxiety, panic attacks, and depression
- Self-esteem issues and personal growth
- Relationship struggles and life transitions
- Neurodiversity (ADHD, autism) and learning needs
- Grief and loss
I also work with clients from marginalized backgrounds who may face prejudice, discrimination, or identity-related challenges, offering a safe space to explore these experiences.
Low-cost introduction options:
I know how hard it can be to get started on something, to make that first step, especially when the path forward seems unclear. To try to ease this a little I offer a couple of lower-cost options to get the ball rolling:
50min full introduction sesion - online or in-person (idscount rate £40):
A confidential space for you to share in detail your reasons for seeking therapy, for us to identify your needs and expectations, and get a sense of how we may work together
20 minute brief consultation by video or telephone (No Fee):
A confidential call to discuss what you’re looking for, and a chance for any questions, before you decide whether you’d like to explore setting up a full session.
I'm happy to hear from you and answer any questions you have, so please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m here to support you in whatever way you need, and I look forward to hearing from you!
All the best,
Chris

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
