About me

I can help you build confidence and esteem, change a negative habit, deal with stress or depression, figure out life direction, help with relationships, improve communication, resolve trauma, drugs and alcohol, self-harm, body issues and bereavement.

  • Abuse
  • Depression
  • Relationship issues

I provide hope, support and practical skills for sufferers of depression and addiction and work with the experiences of trauma and phobia. I am here to help and we can explore together and start to understand your need and the underlying issues that are troubling you in a professorial empathetic way. I believe in counselling, we all need time to talk.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Degree in drugs & alcohol counselling. I have been counselling for 11 years with NCS, four years with NRC, I have a certificate in youth work and volunteer with VS 5 years. I have been a carer with Family Link 12 years, a support worker at college, and some counselling. I was a youth worker with Autistic society and have worked at Mencap.
