About me
Starting your counselling journey is a significant step, and I want to acknowledge your courage in seeking support. I warmly welcome you to my page.
I am a qualified Person-Centred Experiential Counsellor based in Eastbourne, working with adults, children, and young people aged 6 and up.
Life can be a complex journey, and it’s completely understandable to feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or depressed at times. You might find it challenging to pinpoint exactly what you’re feeling. Whatever has led you to consider counselling, I provide a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential space where we can explore your challenges together. Rooted in the person-centred approach, I ensure that you are met with compassion and value for who you are throughout our sessions.
I am passionate about working with children and young people, creating a safe space where their voices are heard, and they are accepted for who they are. For young clients, it can often be difficult to find the words to express their feelings or experiences, and life can feel overwhelming and confusing. I adapt my approach to suit each individual, whether through creative, playful methods or simply talking to explore their world in a calm environment. I believe that trust and building a strong therapeutic relationship are essential, and I work at their pace to develop this connection. Through our sessions, my aim is to help young clients gain a better understanding of their feelings, build resilience and self-esteem, and ultimately lead more fulfilling lives.
I am located in Eastbourne town centre, just a minute’s walk from the train station and bus stops.
If you feel that I could be of help, I’d love to hear from you. I understand that reaching out can feel daunting, but we can start with a free 20-minute phone call to talk about how I might support you. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have about the counselling process or how we could work together.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
