About me
Are you feeling constantly on edge, stuck in your thoughts and exhausted by it? Are you experiencing burn-out, intrusive thoughts, overwhelming anxiety that won't switch off? Let's have a free welcome call to get you started on your therapy journey, send me a message and I will get back to you within 24 hours to see if I'm the right fit.
I'm Chloe, a qualified and accredited CBT therapist offering a supportive, down to earth, compassionate space for you to explore whatever you're going through. Together, we'll make sense of what's going on, break the patterns that are keeping you stuck and help you feel more in control again.

I have additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and specialist training for working with long-term health conditions.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
Areas of counselling I deal with
Other areas of counselling I deal with
I also support people experiencing symptoms of OCD and phobias, particularly when feelings of shame or embarrassment have made it difficult to reach out for help. You don't have to manage this alone, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work through what has been keeping you stuck building an understanding around your thoughts and behaviours.
I also work with individuals living with long-term health conditions, including chronic fatigue and pain. We can explore ways to manage the emotional impact, reduce stress and find more balance in day to day life.
