About me

Hi, I’m Cheryl, a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and founder of Peachy Psychological Services. I specialise in supporting people experiencing Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD). I also provide support for a range of other anxiety-related disorders. You can find out more information about our services on our website.

All sessions are delivered online via secure video call, offering a private, comfortable, and accessible space for therapy wherever you are in the UK.

Our values are at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to providing a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgemental space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. We work collaboratively with you to build confidence, resilience, and practical tools that support lasting positive change, guided by honesty, transparency, and ethical practice throughout.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a professionally qualified and BABCP‑accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, committed to providing effective, compassionate, and meaningful therapy. My core training is in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standard treatments for OCD and BDD, and these approaches form the foundation of my clinical work.

I have over six years of experience working across NHS and third‑sector mental health services, supporting clients with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. My clinical background includes delivering structured, evidence‑based interventions, working within multidisciplinary teams, and supporting clients with complex presentations. This experience has shaped my commitment to offering high‑quality, ethical, and person‑centred care.
