About me

I have a deep trust in the healing potential of a therapeutic relationship. At the heart of my work is the belief that meaningful change can happen when you feel safely held, understood, and able to explore your experiences without judgement.

Reaching out for therapy can feel exposing and uncertain, and I aim to offer a space that is steady, respectful, and collaborative from the beginning. I work in a client-led way, recognising how past experiences and relationships shape how we think, feel, and respond in the present. Together, we take time to understand these patterns with care and compassion.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I tailor therapy to each person's needs. Above all, my aim is to offer a space where you can explore your experiences, past and present, at your own pace, and work towards changes that feel meaningful and sustainable for you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have completed a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and am currently completing an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Derby.

My clinical experience includes working with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, complex trauma, sexual trauma, abuse, and incest. I have experience providing both short- and long-term therapy, alongside Pre-Trial Therapy for individuals considering reporting or currently involved in a police investigation.

My training is grounded in attachment theory, person-centred therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I engage in regular clinical supervision and continuing professional development to support safe, ethical, and effective practice.
