About me

Hi, I’m Charlotte - a qualified and BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT). I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can truly be yourself, talk openly, and explore what’s bringing you here at your own pace.

I use a formulation-led approach to understand your individual experiences, difficulties and patterns - this means that therapy is shaped around you, and is tailored to fit with your goals. Whilst CBT forms the foundation of my work, I also draw on other therapeutic approaches where helpful to make sure our work together is flexible and responsive to your needs.

Our work together looks to understand and make sense of your individual experiences and the cycles that may be contributing to this. It also explores the deeper beliefs, whilst developing practical tools and strategies to support lasting change. Whether it’s for anxiety, OCD, ADHD, stress, burnout or overwhelm, I am here to support you through that process.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a BABCP Accredited CBT Therapist and have worked within mental health services for over 5 years, supporting both young people and adults with a wide range of difficulties.

My experience includes working with anxiety disorders, ADHD, low mood, stress, burnout, OCD, panic, social anxiety, health anxiety, trauma and phobias. I have worked across a variety of mental health settings and use evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s individual needs.
