About me

If you are feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or stuck, you don’t have to manage this on your own. I can offer a quiet, supportive space to pause, talk, and begin to feel understood.

I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor offering one-to-one counselling in a calm, compassionate, and non-judgemental environment. My work is client-led and gentle, supporting you to explore what you are experiencing at your own pace. I believe you already have the capacity to move towards feeling better, even if that feels hard to believe right now.

Difficult experiences, strong emotions, or self-doubt can make life feel confusing or heavy. I won’t tell you what to do; instead, I work alongside you, helping you make sense of your thoughts and feelings, find clarity, and develop coping strategies that feel manageable and right for you.

I offer both in person, on-line, short and long-term counselling, tailored to your individual needs and welcome enquiries from clients aged 17 and over.

You are welcome to arrange an initial phone consultation followed by an assessment session to see if working together feels right for you.
