About me
I offer flexible, regular, one-off and ad-hoc sessions to people who want to start feeling excited about their life again.
I believe we all deserve to live a life we feel excited about. But often, we find ourselves feeling trapped, living in ways that don’t feel aligned with who we really want to be.
Maybe you feel stuck in a job you don’t like, or you seem to keep cycling through the same patterns in relationships. Maybe you feel tension between you and your parent or parents, with so much unresolved pain that you don’t know how to let go. You know you want things to change, but the prospect feels scary and daunting.
I have over 10 years’ experience helping people heal, untangle from the past and begin to move forward in their lives. It is always such an honour to be part of someone’s transformation, whether that means guiding them through difficult feelings, helping them navigate a complex situation, offering a new perspective or exploring the many experiences my clients bring.
Clients have said they appreciate my gentle yet challenging questions, my ability to both hold space and be an active participant in the conversation, and my intuitive way of picking up on subtleties that might not be immediately obvious.
I blend therapeutic tools with coaching techniques to help clients address issues rooted in the past while also taking action in the present.
I have a particular interest and experience in working with:
Complex feelings towards parents due to unresolved childhood experiences:
As we age, our relationship with our parents evolves, and there may be experiences from our younger years that still feel unresolved and difficult to express. I will work with you to help you feel what needs to be felt and decide how you would like to move forward.
Spiritually aware people interested in manifestation:
I work with people who feel blocked or unable to manifest what they truly want. Together, we will explore what may be getting in the way, which is often a subconscious belief shaped by unresolved experiences in the past.
People feeling lost and directionless:
I support people who want to find a sense of purpose and excitement in their lives. I will help you work through the layers of conditioning that keep you feeling stuck and reconnect with what truly lights you up.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
