About me
I’m Charlotte, a psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. My practice focuses on supporting adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I draw on cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques to help clients build resilience and create meaningful change.
I believe therapy is a space for growth, healing, and self-discovery. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.
