About me

It can often be difficult to ask for help. The thought of starting therapy might sound overwhelming and that is completely normal.

I'm Charlotte, a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist who works with you, offering a safe, non judgmental space. It can often be difficult to open up on our struggles to those around us, CBT can offer help to gain an understanding of our thoughts and behaviours and how small steps can encourage change.

If you would like more information please feel free to contact me via email.
