About me
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Supervisor which means I’m trained to draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet your particular needs.
My approach is designed to provide an environment in which you will feel at ease, I see us building a good therapeutic relationship as key, you need trust and confidence in order to share the difficulties you are facing. I offer a warm and authentic space to support you through the challenges you face in a non-judgement way.
As a neurodivergent person I have both a working and lived experience, this enhances my work for those with ADHD, Dyslexia and ASD.
I will help you gain insight into your thoughts and feelings and together we can look at new ways of approaching those difficulties. As your therapist I aim to help you change the aspects of your life that are preventing you from living in a more fulfilling way. My aim is to help you find the way to exist that is truly right for you. Together we can try and establish the themes in your life that maybe influencing the way you relate to yourself or your partner.
Relationship Therapy
Relationships form an integral part of our lives, most of us want to be in intimate, supportive and satisfying relationships. I work with heterosexual, same sex couples, monogamous, polyamorous and open. I support those experiencing relationship and psychosexual difficulties, which may stem from longstanding past problems or more recent changes.
I believe finding a therapist who is the ‘right fit’ for you is an integral part of a successful counselling relationship. It’s for this reason I offer a 15min free telephone consultation to all new clients, to enable you to decide if my style and approach feels like a good match for you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
