ADHD, Relationship and Psychosexual Therapy

About me

About Me

Are you struggling with ADHD, relationship difficulties, or psychosexual concerns? You've found someone who truly gets it, both professionally and personally.

I'm a Relationship, Psychosexual and ADHD Specialist Therapist and Supervisor with over 15 years of experience. As someone who navigates the world with ADHD myself, I bring both lived experience and deep professional expertise to my work. My clients don't just feel heard, they feel genuinely understood.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation to all new clients. Get in touch today to see if we're a good fit.

Relationship and Couples Therapy

Relationships are at the heart of everything. Whether you're a couple in crisis or an individual trying to make sense of your relationship patterns, I can help.

I work with individuals and couples of all orientations and relationship structures, including heterosexual, same-sex, LGBTQ+, monogamous, polyamorous, and open relationships.

I can support you with:

 - Communication breakdown including conflict, arguing, and feeling unheard
Intimacy and connection including emotional distance and physical intimacy concerns
- Psychosexual difficulties including sex problems, mismatched desire, and sexual anxiety
- Infidelity and trust rebuilding after betrayal or navigating difficult relationship changes
- ADHD in relationships including how neurodiversity affects communication, intimacy, and connection
- Relationship structures including navigating polyamory, open relationships, and ethical non-monogamy

If you're not sure whether couples therapy or individual therapy is right for you, we can explore that together in your free consultation.

Who Else I Work With

I also support individuals with:

ADHD including the impact on self-esteem, emotional regulation, and daily life
Anxiety and trauma including the lasting impact of difficult experiences
Neurodiversity including ADHD, ASD, and dyslexia in a fully affirming space
Low self-esteem and self-confidence

My Approach

Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and direct. I draw from a range of therapeutic models, tailoring every session to your unique needs. Together we'll work to:

Understand the thoughts, feelings and patterns shaping your life
Develop practical tools and strategies for lasting change
Build healthier relationships with others and with yourself

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
