About me
Hello, I’m Cathy. Thank you for clicking on my profile. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s not always easy to navigate challenges alone. Whether you're feeling anxious, low, stuck, or struggling with loss, relationships, or self-doubt, I’m here to offer you a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly and be truly heard.
How I Can Help
With the right support, you can gain clarity, feel more in control, and move forward in a way that feels right for you. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll explore whatever is on your mind, helping you find ways to feel more confident, at ease, and able to manage life’s ups and downs.
I offer one-to-one sessions, either in person in Central Milton Keynes or online, so you can choose what feels most comfortable for you.
What to Expect
Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a free, no-obligation 15-minute phone or online consultation so you can get a feel for how I work and see if I’m the right person to support you. There’s no pressure—just a friendly chat where you can ask any questions and share a little about what you’re looking for.
If you decide to go ahead, sessions are 50 minutes long, and we’ll work together at a pace that suits you. There’s no ‘one size fits all’—this is about finding what works best for you.
