About me

Do you find yourself overthinking everything, masking who you are, or feeling overwhelmed in relationships—especially if you’ve always felt a bit different or misunderstood?

You might feel like you’re constantly second-guessing yourself—wondering how you come across, replaying conversations, or trying to get things “right.” Perhaps you’ve learned to hide parts of yourself to fit in, or notice the same difficulties showing up in your relationships. Whether this connects to anxiety, past experiences, or simply a long-standing sense of being different, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I’m an integrative therapist, which means we’ll work in a way that fits you. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening in your life right now, while gently making sense of how your past may still be shaping your feelings, behaviours, and relationships. I have additional training in complex trauma, and I work sensitively with experiences that can leave you feeling on edge, disconnected, or unsure of yourself. Alongside understanding these patterns, we’ll also look at ways to help you feel more steady, more connected, and more able to respond rather than react.

Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns they can’t quite shift—especially in relationships or moments of stress. Our work can help you understand these patterns more clearly, make sense of where they come from, and begin to respond in ways that feel more intentional and less exhausting. Over time, many people notice they feel more grounded, more self-trusting, and more able to show up as themselves.

I offer a warm, steady and non-judgemental space where you can speak freely and at your own pace, without feeling rushed or judged. My style is collaborative and thoughtful—we’ll make sense of things together, rather than me being the one with all the answers. I work in an LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming way, and sessions can be reflective, with space to also think about practical ways to make things feel more manageable in everyday life.

I have specialist training in ADHD (ADHD-CCSP) and a strong understanding of autism. I work with many neurodivergent clients—both diagnosed and self-identifying—who are exploring how their differences impact their mental health, identity, and relationships.

If you’ve spent a lot of your life masking or feeling misunderstood, this can be a space where you begin to take that mask off and reconnect with your authentic self.

If this resonates, you’re welcome to get in touch for an initial chat to see if we’re a good fit.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
