About me

Welcome, and thank you for reading my profile. I’m Caro, and I have an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling.  I’m trained to support people who are experiencing stress, depression anxiety and grief.

I offer you a kind, understanding and friendly place where you’ll be warmly welcomed without judgement.

I understand how difficult life can be sometimes, and how unexpected and shocking our reactions may be when things go wrong.  I also know that therapy can have a transformative effect on our enjoyment of life, enhancing self confidence and self expression.  Supporting my clients as they work to establish a happier life is what motivates me most.

My experience working with children and families has deepened my commitment to supporting people experiencing the relationship challenges posed by separation and divorce.  I also support people experiencing challenging relationships with children, both young and adult.  When adult children distance themselves for instance, or our partner decides to leave us, it can feel extremely upsetting and destabilising.  Often we don’t know where to turn. I’m here to support you. Together we can work on ways to cope ,and move forward in a happier way.   If you’d like to get in touch with me so we can talk a bit more about what you’re looking for,  you’ll be very welcome.
