About me

Person centred therapy for anxiety, trauma, addiction and relationship difficulties.  I offer a calm and safe space to slow down and make sense of things.

I'm an Integrative Therapist working with anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma (including childhood and parental relationship difficulties), addiction, relationship issues, overwhelm, low mood, grief, and life transitions.

I also have specialist experience supporting people with addiction in both individual and group settings.

My approach is grounded in person-centred therapy and draws on a blend of Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Psychodyamic theray, Attachment theory, Internal Family Systems therapy and Mindfulness,  working with whatever best supports you best.

At the heart of my work lies my belief that you're not something to be fixed, but someone who may have lost connection with your own clarity, stability, and sense of direction.

Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about themselves when they arrive. Therapy offers you a safe and calm space to slow things down, make sense of what's been happening, and begin to reconnect and start to live with a stronger sense of self-understanding and self-trust.

I work relationally and collaboratively, moving at your own pace and paying close attention to whatever feels safe, helpful, and meaningful for you.

Clients often describe feeling calmer, more grounded, and more able to understand themselves, with increased clarity, confidence and self-trust.

You don't need to know what to say or how to begin. You're simply very welcome to be exactly where you are.

If you'd like to explore working with me, please do feel free to get in touch.  If it feels helpful for you I'm happy to offer clients an introductory phone call.  I look forward to hearing from you.
