Caz

About me

Hi, I'm Caz

I support people with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, life transitions, and identity questions.

Two areas are particularly close to my heart: grief and bereavement. Losing someone changes you in ways others rarely understand. Grief isn't linear, doesn't follow a timeline, and doesn't need to be 'fixed'. If you're navigating bereavement, I offer understanding that comes from both specialist training and genuine experience.

I also specialise in supporting neurodivergent individuals. Working daily with young people with autism and ADHD has given me deep insight into their experiences and unique challenges.

I understand how daunting it can feel starting therapy, especially if this is your first time, or you find it difficult to open up. Life can be challenging, with lots of changes, I provide a neutral supportive environment to help you work through your feelings and emotions, away from close family and friends in a confidential space to ensure you feel heard and are able to work towards change, improved self-awareness and healing.

I am a fully qualified intergrative counsellor, I work with adults and couples both face to face and online. I am fully insured and DBS checked, I am an accredited registrant member of The National Counselling Psychotherapy Society. I am also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I believe there is no one-size-fits-all all approach when working with clients, by working with different counselling approaches such as Psychodynamic Therapy and Person Centred Methods ensures that the therapy methods best suit your needs and keeps you at the heart of everything we do.
