Further information

To get things started please either email, text or ring.  We can discuss what happens with the next step or just book in the assessment session. An assessment appointment aims to identify what intervention would be most helpful or indeed if there are NHS services you could access. Many people like weekly or fortnightly sessions in the first instance but I am flexible and can fit in with individual's needs. I look forward to hearing from you!
