You might feel worn down from trying to keep up, unsure why life feels harder than it should.
If you’re ADHD or neurodivergent, whether diagnosed or questioning it, your mind might not switch off. You may feel overstimulated or foggy, or find yourself replaying conversations long after they’ve happened.
For some, this connects to ADHD in adulthood or a later diagnosis, where things are only just starting to make sense.
At times, this can feel more noticeable during hormonal changes (including menopause, perimenopause, or other hormonal shifts) or life transitions, where things can suddenly feel louder, heavier, or harder to manage.
Over time, this can lead to burnout, self-doubt, or a feeling of being misunderstood.
You might find yourself masking, over-explaining, or questioning who you are, while wanting a calm space to understand yourself, not be fixed, at your own pace.
I’m a neurodivergent counsellor working online with adults across the UK.
I work with people who are exploring or living with ADHD and other neurodivergent experiences, including ADHD in adulthood and later diagnosis, and how these can be affected by hormonal changes (such as menopause, perimenopause, or other hormonal shifts) as well as wider life transitions.
Many of the people I work with have spent years pushing themselves to cope, often leading to anxiety, low mood, or a quiet sense that something isn’t quite right.
Therapy with me offers a calm, grounded, non-judgemental space where you don’t have to explain or justify yourself.
You won’t be told what to do.
Instead, we move at your pace, gently making sense of your experiences and how they’ve shaped you.
Together, we can begin to untangle patterns, build steadiness, and develop a sense of confidence that feels more natural and sustainable.
Alongside my professional training and ethical practice, I bring lived experience of ADHD.
You don’t need fixing.
My role is to support you in understanding yourself in a way that feels right for you.
If something here feels familiar, you’re welcome to reach out when you feel ready.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and am a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
Alongside my private practice, I work as a counsellor with Mind, supporting clients with a range of emotional and mental health difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, and overwhelm. I also have experience working with neurodivergent clients, including ADHD.

Further information
I offer online and telephone counselling for adults across the UK. Sessions are confidential and take place at your pace, giving you space to talk openly and make sense of what feels difficult or overwhelming.
My approach is person-centred. I will not tell you what to do or expect you to have everything figured out. Instead, I work alongside you with warmth, honesty, and respect for your experience.
This can be especially important if you are used to masking, people-pleasing, overthinking, or feeling misunderstood. Therapy can offer a space where you feel heard without judgement and supported in a way that feels manageable and real.
I offer short-term and longer-term counselling depending on your needs, and you are welcome to get in touch by email, text, or through my website.
