About me
I am an integrative counsellor, my main goal is to build a safe, trusting, and non judgemental relationship so you feel comfortable to open up and be yourself. Not many people are able to get that in the judgemental world we live in. People always want to give us advice. Making the decision to approach therapy is a positive step and the first step in your growth. So whatever your problem no matter how big or small you will be listened to with respect. I offer a space where you can explore personal or difficult feelings and it can help you make sense of it all. Freeing you to move towards making the changes you want in your life. My motivation is to provide that safe relationship whereby you can explore your inner world, gain a better understanding of yourself and become empowered to live an authentic life.
You don’t have to suffer alone, its okay its not be okay. It’s okay not to know. It can be daunting coming to counselling but we will take one step at a time.
Whether you’re a young person navigating life’s challenges or an adult struggling, my role is to offer a space where you can explore your feelings and experiences, make sense of them, and begin moving toward the changes you want. I’ve worked extensively with young people and have undergone additional training in this area, but I also have a wealth of experience working with adults, including trainee counsellors. Whatever stage of life you’re in, this space is for you to explore your feelings, make sense of what’s going on, and figure out how to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
I’m based in Basingstoke and Rickmansworth, and offer flexible face to face, online or telephone therapy. With experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, and more, I’m here to help. Reach out via email, and let’s discuss how I can support you on your journey to growth and healing.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
