About me
Welcome to my profile. I offer empathetic, warm and practical support to help you move forward with confidence. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) working with you to set meaningful goals to help make lasting and real-world changes, incorporating ACT therapy when appropriate.
While CBT is forward focused I also value understanding your past, exploring root causes of what might be holding you back.
I bring professional expertise and lived experience of understanding and healing from trauma, alongside extensive experience of working with young people.
When working with couples, I will provide you with the space to explore your relationship without blame or judgement, with focus on communication, compromise and future vision.
Specialities: Bereavement, Trauma, Anxiety, Young Peoples Issues, Couples, Self-Acceptance, and PTSD.
