About me
Online sessions via Zoom or face to face in Driffield, East Yorkshire.
I understand how tough it can be scrolling through the list of counsellors and not really knowing what you are looking for. I can relate to that.
Thankyou for landing here on my page, why not get in touch.
I am a Person Centred Therapist and passionately believe that everybody has the ability to heal themselves and figure out their own path, with me there to walk it with them.
I offer unlimited one hour sessions which we take at YOUR pace enabling you to feel in control and working towards creating a stronger, contented you.
I also offer a free 30 minute initial chat to see if we would be a good fit and could work well together. I can get a brief overview on the issue that brings you to therapy, and you can ask me any questions without obligation.
I promise you will be heard without judgement as we work together to hold you in a safe place and discover your authentic self.
I will show you compassion, empathy, respect and honesty enabling you to build your self worth and confidence.
I am passionate in particular about Men's Mental Health, as I feel this is such an undervalued area but currently have a mixed collection of clients and would be delighted to work with anyone over the age of 18.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
