About me
I am interested in helping people overcoming emotional difficulties, pains and challenging situations in their lives. Anxiety, depression, guilt, shame to name a few. CBT helps understanding the story that you bring into the therapy session and helping exploring healthier ways of thinking that lead to emotional disturbances. Very often the way we feel is a consequence of our holding of unhealthy beliefs or mindsets. CBT helps shift those unhealthy habitual ways of thinking to healthier alternatives ones. In that way, we can reestablish a more balanced way of living.
As a CBT therapist, I am qualified to use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Compassion Focus Therapy (CFT) to name a few. Also, as a qualified Alexander Technique teacher, I am interested in the body/mind connection and explore that within the session.
Find me in North West London NW8, for in-person sessions. We can also have a mixture between in-person and online sessions.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a certified Integrative CBT Therapist from the College of Cognitive Behavioural Therapies London (CCBT) and also an accredited member of the UK National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). All members of the NCPS are considered to be safe, competent, and ethical. In line with their guidelines, I have regular one-to-one and group supervision and commit to regular continued professional development.
I am a certified Teacher from the Alexander Technique Training School in London (ATTS) and also a member of STAT (Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique) in the United Kingdom. I have been teaching the Alexander Technique to students who want to become teachers of the Alexander Technique at Alexander Technique Training School (ATTS) in London since 2017. I also teach privately in Central London, Marylebone area.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

The clinic is based in North West London NW8 - St John's Wood. The consulting spaces are spacious, light filled, sensitively decorated and furnished, with fresh flowers and art works. The location of the space is peaceful with the feeling of being in the countryside.
