About me

I work with adults aged 18+, particularly those who are neurodivergent or exploring neurodiversity. I offer counselling using a humanistic, person-centred approach, tailoring support to the needs of each individual as no two people are the same.

The work is relational and co-created as I help you navigate your lived experience. My work is informed by Gestalt working with the 'here and now', bodily sensations and the use of creative methods to help aid communication when words are difficult to form.

My work supports clients experiencing issues such as anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, identity exploration, and understanding neurodivergent diagnoses and behaviours. I work in a neurodiversity-affirming, collaborative way, supporting clients to develop self-understanding, self-acceptance, and a stronger connection to their authentic self.
