About me

With a specialism in burnout and trauma, particularly where these show up through nervous system dysregulation — including sleep difficulties, loss of confidence, OCD and ADHD, I offer a qualification in both psychotherapy and coaching, which allows me to adjust our work together according to where you are at and what you need. Are you experiencing a loss of confidence in your personal or professional life? Trying to navigate a change and finding it bewildering? Overwhelmed by life and concerned about burn out? Struggling to sustain self-belief through a tricky patch? Preoccupied with perfectionism? Sleep difficulties maybe?

I am an ICF-accredited Life Coach, an HGI Psychotherapist, a CBT-I Sleep Therapist, and a Behavioural Health Coach for Adolescents and Adults, and an ADHD clinical services provider. My work is informed by evidence-based practice. CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia) is the NHS first-line treatment for insomnia.

Working together provides a focused space to identify what is no longer working, understand contributing patterns, and develop clear, practical ways forward. Clients often describe gaining greater clarity, renewed confidence, and a stronger sense of direction as they begin to feel more regulated, rested, and supported.
