I have a passion for working with people as I hold the view that everyone deserves to be happy. I offer a safe, supportive & non-judgemental environment to enable you to explore your current issues and support you in managing your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I am a down to earth, warm, approachable person and can offer a deep level of empathy as you explore your current issues.
I have experience of working with adults and young people who have experienced a range of different issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Attachment disorders, Eating Disorders, Anger issues, grief, Family issues, Domestic Violence, self - harm & suicide. As a trained integrative counsellor, this allows me to tailor the therapy to your needs.

Do you have low self-esteem & confidence and are ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery? My non-judgemental, honest & supportive approach will help you make sense of your feelings, grow and have a more fulfilled life.
If you answered yes to any of the above, please get in-touch via email or phone. I am very responsive to messages. British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
