I am an accredited psychotherapist working from my private practice, based here in Plumstead SE18. I have an MA in Core Process Psychotherapy and am a registered member of both the UKCP and the Association of Core Process Psychotherapists (ACPP). I am also affiliated with Mind-Reframed, a small group of practitioners offering counselling and mindfulness in Central London.
In addition I am trained to work as a Counsellor with children. I hold a Level 4 certificate accredited by CPCAB (The Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body). My training was with Place2Be, incorporating a school placement 2018 - 2020.
Core Process Psychotherapy draws on both Western and Buddhist understandings of human nature and experience. My aim is to provide a safe and supportive atmosphere, where the work is in developing presence and bringing awareness to what obstructs us or is causing us distress.
I believe everyone over time can find their own direction back along the path towards healing and integration.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
