About me
I am a West Sussex based accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist dedicated to supporting individuals who have experienced or are experiencing difficult life events and/or who are feeling low or worried.
CBT and EMDR are both effective therapies in changing the way we think, feel and behave when faced with anxiety and depressive symptoms.
I have over a decade of experience working in mental health services and have been working in the NHS supporting adults with depression, anxiety disorders and low self-esteem for the last 9 years. I offer a space that is non judgemental, compassion focused and that encourages change to reach your therapy goals.
My aim is to support you through helping you to understand why you might be feeling the way that you are and then empowering you with strategies to make a change.
It can take a lot to reach out to talk, so please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions about the process.
