About me

My name is Bernie and I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with an integrative approach.

I am a registered member of both the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and COSCA, Scotland’s professional body for counselling and psychotherapy.

I provide talking therapy that supports recovery from mental health challenges and helps you work towards your personal goals. My practice offers a confidential, non‑judgemental environment—online or in person—where you can explore your experiences safely.

Therapy is tailored to your needs. Together we will identify what’s holding you back, develop effective strategies for emotional resilience, and work towards meaningful, sustainable change.

A free 15‑minute consultation is available if you’d like to ask questions and get a sense of whether we’re the right fit.

Training, qualifications & experience
