About me

Are you feeling stuck, like something's holding you back from the life you want? If you're struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, or just feeling lost and unsure of your next step, I'm here to support you.
Are you constantly second-guessing yourself in a relationship that leaves you feeling drained, confused, or walking on eggshells? Do you suspect the person in your life is a narcissist? I specialise in helping people navigate these complex dynamics and reclaim their confidence.
The fulfilling life you're hoping for really is possible. Together, we can gently untangle unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaving, and build positive, empowering strategies that create real, sustainable change. You don't have to face this on your own.
With a Master's in Counselling (High Distinction) and many years of experience walking alongside people through their hardest moments, I bring both professional expertise and genuine compassion to every session. As a registered BACP member, I'm fully committed to ethical, supportive care.
Taking that first step can feel daunting - but it's often the most transformative one. I'd truly like to help you move forward. Get in touch today.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information

Fees: Sessions are £60 for a 50-minute online session (via secure video call, e.g., Zoom, Teams).

Payment is made in advance of each session by bank transfer - secure details will be shared once we connect.

Availability & how we work: I'm currently accepting new clients and flexible with timing to suit you. We can decide together on short-term focused work or longer-term support - whatever feels right.

Many clients find it helpful to start with at least six sessions, as it often takes 3–4 to build trust, explore concerns, and begin making real progress.

I respond to enquiries promptly and keep all our communications strictly confidential, in full accordance with BACP ethical standards (we'll discuss any rare limits to confidentiality early on).

Please confirm you're over 18 when you first get in touch.

If this resonates, I'd be happy to chat about how I can support you - feel free to message me!
