About me
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck? Let’s change that, together. If you're struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, or just feeling lost, I’m here to help. I offer support for bereavement, addiction (including alcohol and drug misuse), anger management, low self-esteem and bullying. If you think you have a narcissist in your life I can help you with understanding the impact of narcissism and how to get out of the relationship.
The life you’re looking for is possible. I would like to help you untangle unhelpful thoughts and behaviours and replace them with positive, empowering strategies that bring real, lasting change. You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone.
I hold a Masters in Counselling (High Distinction), a BSc(Hons), and I’m a registered member of the BACP.
Ready to take the first step? Get in touch, I’d love to help you!

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
Sessions are charged at £65 for 50 minutes online.
I can also work via WhatsApp or email. I will be available for as many, or as few sessions as you would like. I recommend that you commit to at least six sessions initially because it usually takes 3-4 sessions to get to know each other, start to unravel the problem and make headway, but this is of course your choice.
I endeavour to reply as a matter of urgency, and I keep all information strictly confidential in compliance with the BACP Privacy Code. Please kindly confirm that you are over 18 on your first contact. It is customary to pay me before the start of a session, and I will provide my bank account details via WhatsApp.
