About me

Life can be tough. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, managing anger, facing depression, or healing from trauma, it can feel overwhelming. These challenges can lead to burnout, addiction,  low self-esteem, or simply just feeling lost. I want you to know: there’s nothing wrong with you. We all face difficulties, and sometimes the best way forward is having someone to talk to—a person who truly understands that life can be hard to navigate.

There’s no single solution or "one-size-fits-all" approach. But what I offer is a safe, non-judgmental space where you can bring your story and explore the changes that matter most to you. Together, we can build a plan that moves you toward healing and hope, at your pace, in your own direction.

It's not just about a friendly conversation. We’ll work together to identify what’s working for you, what’s holding you back, and how we can break through those barriers. Every journey is unique, and it’s important that we take the time to find what resonates with you.

I understand that finding a starting point can be difficult. I’ve been there myself—questioning, “What do I need to change my life for the better?” After trying many different paths, I realized that my passion lies in helping people. Now, I’m dedicated to supporting you on your journey.

If you're ready to begin, I’m here to listen, guide, and support you. Let's work together to find your path forward.

Who do I work with?

People come to counselling and therapy for many different reasons. You may be struggling with something specific, or you may simply feel that things are not quite right and want space to talk and reflect. I offer support for a wide range of emotional and mental health difficulties, including:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression and low mood
  • Work stress and burnout
  • Stress and overwhelm
  • Trauma and past experiences
  • Relationship and communication difficulties
  • Low self-esteem and confidence
  • Anger and emotional regulation
  • Life changes and transitions

I regularly support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and work-related stress.

How does it work?

I offer both in-person sessions and online counselling via video call. We can begin with a free 20 minute introductory session to discuss what you would like support with and to see whether working together feels like the right fit for you. If we decide to continue, sessions are 50 minutes long and usually take place weekly.

I am fully insured and work under professional supervision to ensure that my practice remains safe, ethical, and supportive for my clients.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
