Are you feeling anxious, demotivated, and or depressed? Perhaps you feel like you're at your wits end and don't know what to do? Do you ever feel inadequate, insecure or like you don't belong? Do you ever wish you could just feel more confident? Do you find yourself caught in a cycle of negative thinking or trying to avoid your problem but it just won't go away?
I have been working successfully with clients experiencing low confidence, self-esteem, social anxiety, social phobia, and existential problems in a counselling or coaching capacity.
After just 12 sessions, while working with NHS clients where counselling outcomes are measured, my clients reported experiencing reduced -> hiding from others, panic attacks, and self-criticism, while feeling increasingly -> assertive, proud, self-belief, alive, confident, having improved relationships, and seeing the bright side of life.
My style is collaborative, solution-focussed, & somatic, tailored to you and your individual needs.
Do you feel like having a chat about your problem and exploring whether I can help you? Perhaps you may be feeling a bit apprehensive about reaching out? If so, I invite you to put your fears aside. I offer a free introductory call, either with or without video, and in a format that feels most comfortable for you. :)

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
