Finding the right counsellor can be an overwhelming experience. As a qualified, registered and experienced counsellor, of Adults,Youths and Children I appreciate how isolating it can be to be struggling with anxieties. It's very important to me to offer a safe and non judgemental environment, where you can talk, be listened to and heard. I firmly hold the belief that when given the right support in which to explore any issues, each of us have the best resources within us to grow, change and move forward. The hardest part is taking those initial steps and finding a Counsellor who you feel you can trust. I hope to offer a place where it feels safe and you feel able to be yourself and allay some of those fears.
