Counselling and Psychotherapy provide a framework that gives you opportunity to explore about yourself in a professional and confidential relationship. My focus is to provide a safe environment for you to be able to confide without fear or judgement and protecting your confidentiality and privacy.
My approach is person centred with holistic view of Humanistic Counselling. I offer you time and space to reflect on how you are and how you would like to respond what life throws at you, on one-to-one basis, focusing on your needs according to where you are on your personal journey. If you are interested in exploring, we may discuss what you would like to achieve and how I may support you.
