About me
Sometimes we can find ourselves stuck experiencing a range of emotions that can make it difficult to manage day to day life or reach our potential. My aim is to take you on a journey of discovery to help you make sense of the challenges and move towards finding ways to take more control.
The space I hold is non-judgemental providing you with time to explore the difficulties you are facing, collaboratively thinking about ways to help you move forward. I draw on a number of therapeutic approaches that I am clinical trained in including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Systemic Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
Starting therapy can be daunting and finding the right approach and person is an important part of the process. I begin by offering a free online or over the phone 15 min consultation to discuss your needs and requirements.
In terms of next steps please reach out and email me to discuss your needs and how we might work together.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
