About me

As an experienced, integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, with a specialism in Autism, I am committed to creating a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring your concerns. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma, or other challenges, I will work alongside you to build a strong therapeutic relationship and provide the support and understanding you need to move forward.

I have 3+ years of experience working with trainee counsellors and therapists, and welcome inquiries regarding their personal therapy hours.

Training, qualifications & experience

I completed my 4 years training of MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy in 2020 and am an accredited member of UKCP.

I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent adults, particularly those on the autism spectrum. I work collaboratively with clients to identify how the characteristics of ASD may be impacting their day-to-day lives. I am passionate about offering the support by creating a therapeutic environment where they feel accepted, understood.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
