About me
You may have spent so much of your life looking after other people, keeping the peace, or meeting everyone else's expectations, that somewhere along the way you've lost sight of what feels right for you.
Perhaps a significant life change - becoming a parent, a relationship ending, a new career - has left you wondering who you are now. Or perhaps moving or changing countries has left you questioning your identity, navigating different cultures, languages and expectations, often without others fully understanding that experience.
If any of this resonates, you are not alone, and I would be happy to help.
Choosing a psychotherapist is a big step, and it is not always easy to know where to start, especially with so many therapeutic approaches on offer.
What matters most to me is the relationship we build, not the method attached to it - it is that connection that makes change possible.
My approach
No two people are the same, so I do not believe therapy should be either.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on different therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs, with the therapeutic relationship at the heart of our work.
I see therapy as a collaborative process. I will not tell you how to live your life or pretend to have all the answers. Instead, we will work together to make sense of your experiences, helping you understand yourself more deeply and supporting you to make choices that feel right for you.
Many of the beliefs we hold about ourselves were shaped a long time ago, in relationships that taught us how to see ourselves. I believe it is also in relationship - through feeling truly heard and understood - that these beliefs can begin to shift. My aim is to offer a warm, accepting and validating space where you feel safe to explore whatever you bring.
How I can help
I work with:
- Trauma, anxiety and overwhelm - support when anxiety, stress or past experiences feel overwhelming, helping you feel safer and more at peace
- Relationships and connection - relationship difficulties and communication challenges that leave you feeling stuck or disconnected
- Family issues and boundaries - family dynamics such as blurred boundaries, enmeshment, or feeling overly responsible for others
- Shame, self-worth and abandonment - shame, low self-esteem, or fears of being left, often shaped by early relationships
- Identity and life transitions - questions of identity, change and direction during uncertain or transitional periods, including cross-cultural and expat experience
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Master's degree (MSc) in Integrative Psychotherapy and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). BACP is a recognised professional body that sets high standards for training, ethics and clinical practice. As a registered member, I work within their ethical framework and am committed to ongoing professional development and regular clinical supervision to ensure my practice remains safe, reflective and up to date.
I have experience working with people presenting with personality disorders, attachment issues, family and relationship difficulties, identity and cultural issues, and parents navigating the challenges of parenthood.
I offer therapy in English and French, in person in Rugby and online across the UK.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
