About me

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed or struggling to move forward?

You might be experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, low confidence, relationship difficulties or a sense that something is holding you back, even if you can't quite put your finger on what it is.

I have specialised in bereavement work in the past, supporting clients through the pain of loss. Whether that the death of a loved one, relationship breakdown, identity shifts or life transitions. Grief can feel isolating and heavy, and you don't have to navigate it alone. For more information on this topic specifically, here is my instagram https://www.instagram.com/deadseriousgrief/

Alongside my counselling training, I am also a Master Practitioner in NLP (neuro-linguistic-programming), coaching and hypnosis. This means I don't only help you explore and process your experiences, I also help you shift the patterns, beliefs and emotional states that may be keeping you stuck.

Where traditional counselling focuses on understanding the past, and coaching focuses on the future. I integrate both. This allows us to honour your experience while actively creating change.

I believe that healing and change happens when you feel safe, understood and empowered.
My counselling foundation ensures that we work ethically, compassionately and at a pace that feels right for you.
My NLP and hypnosis training allows us to:

  • access and change unconscious patterns
  • shift emotional states quickly and effectively
  • rewire unhelpful beliefs

This integrative approach means we are not just talking about change - we are actively creating it.

Reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially if you're used to being the strong one.

Whether you are grieving, struggling with anxiety and depression or simply know something needs to change. I offer a calm, supportive and forward-focused space to help you move from surviving to living.

If you'd like to explore whether we're a good fit, I welcome you to get in touch

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
