About me

Hi my name is Ashley. Thank you for looking at my profile.

I know that when you are struggling with health anxiety or OCD, selecting the right therapist can seem like another thing to worry about. I want to reassure you that I can help you with your mental health & wellbeing. Feeling distressed by obsessions & overwhelmed by compulsions? Do you take no time for yourself? Is worry overwhelming your life? Have you found your precious time being taken up by physical and mental checks that don't resolve anything? I can help you be more in control of your thoughts, emotions & behaviours & be present in daily life. I am trained in CBT, ERP, ACT & mindfulness approaches.

Why choose me as your therapist?

I promise to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported. I have over 13 years clinical experience in mental health. My clients tell me I am easy to talk to, warm and down to earth which makes therapy feel less intimidating. At the heart of therapy with me is a compassionate therapeutic relationship where you feel listened to and understood. I will work at your pace to explore the parts of your life that you wish to focus on. Let’s work together to help you live a calm, fulfilled and content life.

Please contact me with any questions. I look forward to hearing from you!
