About me
Hello! I'm an NHS Senior Clinical Psychologist, Neurodevelopmental CAMHS Team Lead, and Lecturer at the University of London. I offer psychological therapy and conduct Autism and ADHD assessments at my mental health clinic, InPsych Mind. I founded InPsych Mind to provide high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate psychological therapy to people looking for mental health support. I work with children and adults, and specialise in working with autism, ADHD, and all forms of neurodiversity.
Types of support offered
I use a variety of therapeutic models in my work, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, family therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. Providing individualised support and person-centred care is of utmost importance to me, and my therapeutic approach always includes prioritising your values, needs, and cultural beliefs.
I am registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC). At InPsych Mind, we provide therapy for mental health difficulties and also conduct Autism and ADHD assessments.
Research credentials
I also have a strong research presence and have published clinical work on adolescent depression, reflective parenting, coercive control, and leadership in clinical psychology. My work on adolescent depression, reflective parenting, and coercive control has contributed to the evidence base of these conditions and approaches.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
