About me

Are you feeling alone, anxious and unable to share your innermost worries or fears with family or friends? I understand how scary it can feel seeking counselling.

I believe the client/counsellor relationship is the most important factor, so I aim to make your journey as comfortable as possible.

I offer a relaxing confidential environment at my private Norfolk Practice.

I would like to provide a time for you to be heard and work towards making sense of any confusing thoughts, feelings and behaviours you may be experiencing.

It can be an opportunity to explore any unresolved past or present issues, gaining a deeper self-awareness and using your strengths to create a clearer way forward.

I favour an integrative counselling approach and/or hypnotherapy, depending on your needs and preference.

”I wasn’t sure what to expect from my sessions with Annette as I hadn’t encountered any kind of counselling before. I needed help to come to terms with some major losses in my life and to find a way forward into the future. Annette is hugely patient and professional. She steered me through our sessions considerately and at my own pace, helping me to find answers without really knowing where we were going. I have been given awareness and thinking tools to help me take control and cope both now and in the future, my life is so much better for it”

”I went to my initial session with a set of ideas and thoughts on what I thought was wrong but was surprised to find it went a lot deeper than I thought. Although it wasn’t an easy journey to complete, with Annette’s help it was one of the most rewarding. She has given me the awareness to identify and adjust my behaviour patterns accordingly to continue the positive process going forward. Annette has a comfortable room where she sees her clients and a friendly calm manner which made me feel instantly comfortable. Couple that with her infinite patience,I have no hesitation in recommending.”
