About me
I am a compassionate counsellor, who will listen to you talk freely, within my private practice. Talking therapy is one way of giving our health the care it deserves. Life brings many changes, some of which can leave us feeling unable to function properly, causing mixed emotions to run high. You may turn to friends or family to share your private concerns, that may leave you feeling more confused or judged. Being supported to explore your thoughts and feelings, past/present in a non-judgemental and confidential environment can lead to deeper self-awareness, changes and new perspectives. This in time , creating a better sense of well-being.
I favour an integrative approach and draw from a combination of models of therapy, to best suit your needs. These include Person centred, psychodynamic, T.A, gestalt and partial CBT.
I also offer Hypnotherapy and deep relaxation.
