Counselling and Psychotherapy in English and French

About me

I am a trained and qualified counsellor with experience in working with a wide range of emotional and psychological issues including anxiety, stress, depression and generally help you face life's upheavals, big or small; counselling may also strengthen your spirit or encourage you to grow, cultivating self-awareness and broadening the scope of your resources. You are invited and encouraged to talk openly about anything which may trouble you or puzzle you, thoughts, feelings, behaviour, in a completely confidential and non-judgemental setting.

More and more I believe cultivating and nourishing individual creativity is the key to a vibrant and alive self and a great source of resilience and dare I say it, joy. I offer tailor-made sessions using writing (many different forms of writing) to enhance self-reflection, deepen self-awareness, discover - or re-discover - a sense of agency and mastery, and reconnect with personal truth. Check my website for further information at www.anne-robin.com.

My role is to support you on your way to healing and explore your experience with you, offering the opportunity of an open space where there is no right or wrong but everything is possible.

I offer long and short-term face to face work with individuals as mutually agreed depending on their needs. My practice covers relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, bereavement and loss, domestic abuse, self-confidence, loss of meaning.
