About me

I offer a supportive and non-judgemental space to help you understand your difficulties and develop practical tools for positive change. I also offer a free introductory call so you can ask questions, discuss your needs, and decide whether we're the right fit to work together.

Training, qualifications & experience

Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting. Whether you're feeling anxious, low in mood or overwhelmed you don't have to navigate these difficulties on your own.

With over 14 years experience, I am a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT). I support adults to overcome emotional difficulties to create meaningful, lasting change .  I offer a compassionate and collaborative approach where you can explore what's been happening, better understand yourself and develop practical tools to move forward with confidence.

I recognise every person's experiences and goals are unique therefore my work combines a range of evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT and attachment based work. Together we will focus on helping reduce distress, strengthen resilience and build the skills needed to manage future challenges.

Sessions are available both online and face to face to give you flexibility that works best for your lifestyle. Whether this is your first experience of therapy or you're returning after previous support, I will work alongside you at a pace that feels right for you, helping you feel understood, supported and empowered throughout the process.

Alongside my private practice, I am a service lead within an NHS mental health service supporting the delivery of day to day therapy. This experience has strengthened my ability to work with a wide range of presentations, from common mental health difficulties to more complex and longstanding problems.

Problems I work with:

*OCD

*Panic attacks

*Depression

*Generalised Anxiety

*PTSD

*Health Anxiety
