About me
I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space to help you understand your difficulties and develop practical tools for positive change. I also offer a free introductory call so you can ask questions, discuss your needs, and decide whether we're the right fit to work together.
Training, qualifications & experience
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting. Whether you're feeling anxious, low in mood, overwhelmed and/or experienced trauma, you don't have to navigate these difficulties on your own.
I am a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with over 14 years experience supporting adults to overcome emotional difficulties and create meaningful, lasting change . I offer a compassionate, collaborative approach, providing a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore what's been happening, better understand yourself and develop practical tools to move forward with confidence.
My work combines an evidence-based therapies including CBT, DMP and attachment based work with a professional approach that recognises every person's experiences and goals are unique. Together we will focus on helping reduce distress, strengthen resilience and build the skills needed to manage future challenges.
Sessions are available online via secure appointments that give you flexibility that works best for your lifestyle. Whether this is your first experience of therapy or you're returning after previous support, I will work alongside you at a pace that feels right for you, helping you feel understood, supported and empowered throughout the process.
In addition to my private practice, I work as a service lead within an NHS mental health service. This experience has strengthened my ability to work with a wide range of presentations, from common mental health difficulties to more complex and longstanding problems.
