About me
Taking the first step of finding a therapist can be difficult, and I want to honour the courage it takes to begin this journey. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel supported and empowered to explore whatever challenges you're facing. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or simply seeking personal growth, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and care.
My name is Anna, I am a BACP registered and qualified therapist. Alongside my counselling work, I am also a certified Breathwork Coach and may integrate breathwork techniques into sessions where appropriate to support emotional regulation, nervous system grounding, and mind-body awareness.
I am passionate and dedicated to supporting adults, adolescents and young adult’s in navigating through various emotional and mental challenges, life’s difficulties, or have a desire for personal growth. I provide a safe, reflective, and compassionate space, where together we can work through and explore patterns and experiences that may be impacting your current well-being and relationship’s. I offer a free initial consultation session to see if I will be suitable for you.
If you have a specific interest for breathwork to be integrated into session’s please do let me know.
As a registered member of the BACP, I adhere to ethical standards that prioritize your well-being and confidentiality.
Training, qualifications & experience
With training in the psychodynamic and person-centred approaches, as well as integrative modalities, including integration of mindfulness. I bring a diverse skill set to help clients explore their inner worlds and work towards meaningful changes. This also equips me to work with a range of emotional and relational issues, including anxiety, depression, and self-esteem.
In addition to my general practice, I also can offer support for individuals navigating the challenging path of fertility treatment and IVF. Going through cycles alone or carrying the emotional weight of treatment can feel incredibly isolating, anxiety-inducing, and exhausting. I provide a compassionate, confidential space just for you. A place maybe to process the 'two-week wait' anxiety, treatment fatigue, and the complex emotions that come with every twist and turn. Together, we will work on building emotional resilience, managing stress, and protecting your well-being throughout your journey."

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
